ALL enrollments will take place virtually* until further notice!
Steps for Virtual Enrollment
Step 1. Fill out Cobb County School District online enrollment & upload all necessary documents (more info below).
Step 2: Make an appointment for virtual enrollment with Ms. Askew to ensure all necessary documents are processed.
Step 3: Meet with School Counselor via Zoom or phone to discuss course placement, elective choices, etc. It is important to have the student(s) present during step 3, if possible.
*If you are unable to participate in a virtual enrollment due to lack of connectivity or device or need assistance, please come to Campbell HS on Wednesdays between 9am and 11am starting Wednesday, July 22nd.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT IS AN ONLINE FORMAT AND IS DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
If you are new to Cobb County Schools, online enrollment can be completed via any device with internet access including smart phones, tablets, etc.

An appointment must be requested to complete the enrollment process.
Enrollment hours are 8 am -11 am daily while school is in session. The enrollment process can take up to one hour so please plan accordingly.
What school should my child attend?
You can easily find out what schools serve your home or potential home by using the convenient online Bus Route Finder. Just enter your complete street address to determine the correct high school. If you have further questions or need more clarification, call the Cobb County School District Transportation Office at 678-594-8000.
In order to register, you must have the following:
Parent, foster parent, or guardian with picture id accompanying the student unless the student is emancipated (Foster parent must show proof of student placement by the official agency)
Two proofs of residency to verify residency within the District, two or more of the following items (no more than one from each category) are required:
Home ownership documentation or lease/rental agreement; and
Current utility monthly statement
Proof of adequate immunization on Georgia Form 3231 (Can be obtained from the Health Department or private physician)
Georgia Form 3300, Certificate of Ear, Eye, Dental & Nutritional Screening
Proof of promotion to ninth grade, if you are a first-time ninth grader
Student birth certificate

To expedite the registration process, the following items are recommended:
Transcript or report cards from previous schools (If you do not have this, please ask for Registration Release No Records form.)
Special Education records if the student receives special education services
Student Social Security card
Student birth certificate
If the residence is in the name of a party other than the parent/guardian, he/she must be present for registration as well as the parent/guardian. (Please ask for the statement of legal residence form that must be signed by both parties and notarized.)
Grade Placement: Based upon number of credits at the beginning of the current school year. Students placed in 10th grade must have earned 5 credits including 1 credit in Literature, Math and Science. Students placed in 11th grade must have earned 10 credits including 2 credits in Literature, Math, and Science. Students placed in 12th grade must have earned 16 credits and be on track for graduation.

Si usted no habla inglés y necesita ayuda con el proceso de inscripción o una cita para la evaluación de inglés para estudiantes en la escuela media (middle school, 6°-8°) o en la secundaria (high school, 9°-12°), favor de comunicarse con el Centro Internacional de Bienvenida (International Welcome Center) al 678-331-3134. Los estudiantes de la escuela primaria (elementary school, K-5°) deben de comunicarse con la escuela directamente.
