Attention 11th grade parents/students: Campbell High School Counselors will begin individualized Junior Advisement conferences the week of October 18th.
The deadline to sign up for an appointment for a preferred date/time is Friday October 7th.
This is an opportunity to meet with your student’s counselor in person or virtually. We look forward to meeting with you and your student.

Attention 11th grade students:

Passes will be sent to the students on the date they will be attending the session.
The pass will indicate the date, block #, and room # to report to.

Graduation Requirements, Post-Secondary options, College admissions requirements vs. HS graduation requirements, SAT/ACT/ACCUPLACER/ ASVAB, College admissions process, Financial aid & scholarship resources, and Dual Enrollment information, State Workforce Development Initiatives, Community Service, and Junior Advisement.

Transcript Requests for CURRENT Students

There is a 2 step process to request your official transcript for needed for college admissions & scholarships*.
Step 1. In Naviance, add the college into your applying to list. Be sure to select the correct method in how you are applying (via institution, Common App, etc.).
Step 2. Pay (2 options to pay)
1. Pay cash (only) to Ms. Askew located in the Counseling Office between 8am-2:30pm.
2. Log onto MyPaymentsPlus. Select transcripts. Each transcript is $2.
Fill out form associated with transcript request. If you are ordering more than one transcript at a time, you will need to repeat the process for the number of transcripts you are ordering.
*If you are applying for a scholarship or you need an official transcript for something else, please skip step 1. Please pay for the transcript via MPP and indicate either where it should be sent to or that you will need a hard copy in hand.
Attention Former Students!
If you need a transcript, please request it from CCSD Records Warehouse HERE.
Request for Work Permit
If you are under the age of 16, you must apply for a work permit to get a job. Request one HERE.
Request for enrollment Verification
Do you need paperwork verifying you are enrolled in school for disability, SSI, or immigration? If so, email Ms. Snow.
Request for SAT/ACT Waivers
Since everyone is receiving Free lunch this year please look at this form to determine if you should receive waivers for the SAT/ACT. If so, you will qualify for 2 SAT fee waivers and 2 ACT waivers during your Jr & Sr years. Once you take the test on a waiver, you receive 4 application fee waivers for your senior year. Prior to receiving the waivers, you must return the form signed to Mrs. Young in the College & Career Center or via email. The waiver codes will be sent via Naviance and can be found in the messages folder (which is also emailed to you if your email is correct in Naviance).
